I had a suspicion that the wiring to that poppet could be the problem. I really appreciate the help. I’ll reply back once I found the issue

Keep us posted!Great advice guys, +1 on looking really close at that fuel pressure regulator, they are horrible for that, it’ll leak fuel right down to where you’re having your problem.
