      Check the spark plug and wire to that cylinder. If it is not firing it will seem to be flooding out when it is actually not igniting the fuel. You could also do a compression test on the cylinders to see if there is a leaking valve or something not lettin

        I had a suspicion that the wiring to that poppet could be the problem. I really appreciate the help. I’ll reply back once I found the issue

          Did you look closely at the fuel pressure regulator? Duane at Realfixesrealfast did a video of a similar problem, here._x000D_

            Thanks for the video and that helps. However I replaced the whole assembly which comes with a new regulator. But being an after market from auto zone, their ratings is not very high. Even though its a new one, I heard they sometimes dont hold up their qua

                Great advice guys, +1 on looking really close at that fuel pressure regulator, they are horrible for that, it’ll leak fuel right down to where you’re having your problem.
