97 acura integra. Crank/no start/no dash light prb

Hi guys,

symptoms are
-crank, no start
-no dashboard light at on-position (no cel, no abs, no cluster lights etc..)
-all electronics like audio, interior light, cigaret power outlet works
-battery is strong
-first time when it happened, I removed and insert the key. It worked right away. However, last time it happened, it took about 3~4 min to work again.
-three days ago, I came to stop and engine stalled. no dashboard light with key on-position at the time either. I’m not sure if it is related to this problem.

On the video about ignition switch failure, it seems a car starts, but shuts off right away.
However, my case is, the engine doesn’t even fire up.
I’ll try to wiggle the key in the morning since it’s my friend’s

I also checked another video about main relay, which doesn’t explain why my dashboard light doesn’t come on.
