96 integra engine mounts

So lately when I shift into reverse there is a pretty substantial “CLACK” sound from the driver’s side of the engine bay.

I see a big round engine mount there and it “looks” okay at a first glance. there also is a lower one that I have not found yet.

Does anybody knw how hard it is to change these mounts? The top one looks very easy.

Also do I have to change the passenger-side one? It’s twice as expensive and looks harder to reach.
