If spark shuts off and you are still pumping fuel thats the backfire.
Check why spark is dropping out. more in this link.

thank you for the suggestion but the car was working just fine before all this never was the wires moved. car was parked next day tried to start and nothing,

i still am unsuccessful on getting the car to start, i have tried putting some fuel directly in the throttle body and it just smokes from throttle body just like in the video. and i put some in removing the fuel line and it still did it, i got the car to start yesterday but it ran bad i accelerated a little to try to keep it running for a while and it just turned off and have not started since.

Check that your timing belt is not broke or jumped.

Make sure your ignition wires are fully seated at both ends. You can check the resistance of each high tension wire. In very general ballpark terms, you should be reading 10K ohms for every foot of wire length.

Make sure your distributor cap is clean and dry, inside and out. Check the coil for cleanliness, and good electrical connections. Check resistance between the coil’s high tension terminal and both primary circuit terminals. Any readings other than 0 ohms indicate internal coil failure.

thank you, but i grabed a full distributor from another civic same engine same year everything and that civic is working no problem and on mine it did the same thing.
