i recently did a major service on my cirrus nothing has been changed before the service all parts were original has 136,000 mile on it. When i got it running it ran for almost an hour and never fully made it to temp nor did the cooling fans turn on or even attempt to, the water pump was replaced so i dont know if there could be air in the system or if it may need a thermostat. any ideas?

Make sure it’s been bled by the FSM method. That said, I’ll agree with jthommsonmain on this one. It really sounds as if the thermostat is stuck open. Pull it and look, for peace of mind if nothing else. :whistle:
