      hey guys.

      got this wired problem,

we had to remove the intake cause a bolt broke off,

      anyways,

we got it all back together

      problem is,

if you just hope in and drive, the gauge will go into the hot and start spitting coolant out the over flow, it dont get hot, but it dose lose heat, but the engine dont,

now if you warm the car up first it will do fine,

other thing we unplugged the electric fan cause it bad.

      anyone know the problem?

Beyond this I would start testing for bad head gasket

x2 on suspecting a head gasket.
Unless you didn’t bleed out the air when you refilled the cooling system, I’d suspect a small head gasket leak that seals itself once the engine warms up.
If the car had overheated severely or repeatedly, this would make a head gasket even more probable.
Wouldn’t run the car for long without a working cooling fan.
