95 Civic 1.6L timing belt

1995 Civic with 1.6L, 186K. Timing belt and water pump have never been changed. I removed the timing cover and discovered oil and sludge everywhere. Can’t tell where the oil came from. Thoughts?

Most likely is the crank main seal. But the cam seal may also be leaking at that mileage and age. Both should be changed.
