Hey guys. To make a long story short, I got most of the fasteners off for my flywheel housing on my ’95 Cavalier for a clutch job but ONE – the ONE.
This one is behind the shift cables. I can’t get a wrench in to take the both cables off – just one. And there’s this clip that holds these – I don’t even know what to call them! The Haynes manual says nothing (big surprise!) and -this is what kills me – neither does the GM service manual! The Haynes book just copied the service manual!
Why is this important? Well let me tall ya! There’s this one – ONE – fastener for the flywheel housing behind those things that’s holding everything together. I can’t get to it.
Do any of you know how to get to that last fastener? Or the real procedure on how to get the transmission off?
