      I have a problem with my 95 accord with the f22b1 vtec motor and when im driving it wont rev past 3500 rpms. The cel comes on when it hits 3500 then goes off when at idle so its almost impossibe to get the code.

        Sounds like the converter is clogged. Remove a precat O2 sensor and see if it will rev past 3500. If so, replace your cat.

          I thought with a clogged cat i would lose power? It feels like i dont lose power until i hit 3500 then it falls on its face. Ill give it a try but if it doesnt work any other suggestions
