So like many 95-99 Rivieras, I have the dreaded steering wheel slop courtesy of a broken tilt bracket and missing pins:

The only option for me is to pretty much replace the entire steering column. Would anyone know the best/safest way to remove the steering column so I can replace it with a non broken one? I’ve never replaced one before. The actual car in question is a supercharged 1995 Buick Riviera.
