94 quest had bad knock sensor misfiring so did the pull plug wire to find the dead hole and turned out to be #5 it had spark and compression so assumed injector issue and sense was going into there anyways(knock sensor) would check injector for problem but customer said just go ahead and replace them so after all this I start it up and it fires right up but CEL is on and it idles high and kinda rough. Pull code 51 so check all injectors get batt voltage but zero have a injector pulse(tested w/powerprobe4). How could it be running with no pulse? Any one else come across this issue? Any ideas?

If the engine is running, it is obvious that the injectors are functioning ( how well is a different story )
You state that you tested and found no injector pulse using a PP4
What type of pulse were you testing for?
It sounds like you should be looking for a ground signal pulse from the computer.
Might suggest you test the injector wiring again using a test light.

The PP4 has a injector control wire tester built into it, it is pretty cool when it works. But I will try a test light also or maybe even break out the niod lights
