94 isuzu rodeo v6 manual check engine

hello guys after changing some dash lights i turn on car and check engine light was on but not at full brightnes maybe 30%? in daylight is kinda hard to se but in night its noticeable when you turn key in acc all lights up 100% turn on car and tgey all go but check engine is on slightly maybe a short? i will post vid or pix later tday thx
