Could be one of a hundered things if I’m honest. First start with any check engine lights you have, fix and repair any codes you find. If you don’t find anything there try looking at the tune up items next, NGK or Nippon Denso plugs only in that and if the wires are OE leave them alone. I’d also be checking the mechanical and ignition timing just to be sure those things are in good shape.

Yeah, could be a lot of things. By “whats to turn off” what do you mean? Stumbling? Is it better or worse under load?

I would take off your EGR valve and recheck your work.

An EGR that is stuck open or stuck closed will cause drive ability issues.

A stuck open EGR at idle will cause misfires and a rough running engine. A EGR stuck closed at cruising speeds will cause misfires.

Do you have a vacuum controlled EGR or is it electronic?

If it happened just after you did that work I would be looking for vacuum leaks or depending on how you resealed the ports after the cleaning you might have clogged the passages. I would also be checking the wiring around the injector connectors to see if there are any issues there.
