Probably something with the ignition system, such as cracked plug wires or a cracked distributor cap that is causing the spark to jump to ground because of the moisture instead of jumping the gap at the plugs. Eric has a video about checking for Ignition Voltage Leaks that you should watch, it should help ya out. Lets us know how it goes
