93 sentra 1.6 ga16de misfire

Ok so here is then run down.

I have a 93 nissan sentra 1.6l ga16de with a manual 5 speed transmission 222,000 miles and just cannot figure out what is causing
The engine to misfire every time the car is taken out of gear and is at idle some times I can even hear a misfire between gears
So I started by changed the plugs with ngks, changed the plug wires, changed the air filter, changed the idle air control valve, checked for vacuum leaks using carb cleaner, changed the belts, cleaned the MAF, changed the distributor, did a power balance test all 4 cylinders are firing and decided to change the o2 sensor, the car seems to really miss when the car is out of gear and the brakes are pressed, also there is no check engine light on so I’m running out of ideas looking for a little help.
