      Looks like you have 3 codes stored there.

      3 Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor
      21 VTEC Spool solenoid valve
      41 Primary Oxygen Sensor heater.

      With three codes like that, all for sensors, the first thing I would do is visually inspect the wiring in the engine, paying special attention to ground points.

        I doubt the MAP sensor is bad. That code normally sets when there’s an engine performance issue. Although I have seen instances where MAP sensors were damaged and set codes. It’s not a common fault for those to go bad however. VTEC codes are often the result of low or incorrect oil used. O2 heaters sometimes go bad. Just be sure to verify that the wiring and connector are good. More info here.

          hi there ok I fix the code 21 and 41 not the map sensor I did test the power coming from the ecu I don’t get 5 volt or groud

            Honestly I’d table the PCM theory for now. It’s not common for Hondas to have PCM problems. I’d look elsewhere for the issues.
