93 Honda Civic 1.5 litre with intermitent starting issues. Ocasionally when you turn the key it just clicks. After several attempts it will turn over. Sometimes it works fine for days. Yesterday I tried to start it and it cranked but won’t start, I had no fuel pressure. Checked relay, I could hear and feel it clicking so I checked for voltage at fuel pump, had voltage but it was inconsistant. I jumped the relay and fuel pump took off, I plugged the relay back in and magically I had power to the fuel pump and the car started. I put everything back together and then the car wouldn’t start again. I tap on relay housing and wiggle harness and now magically car runs again. Relay looks fine. No melted connections or burnt spots. I’m wondering if everything is related to the ignition not working all the time or if I have multiple problems. Anyone else had a problem like this?
