Sounds like your starter grinds on the flywheel. Maybe the starter is missing teeth or had some shaved down. If you can take it off and see what it looks like. Post pictures here if you aren’t sure what you’re looking at. It is really easy to take off, just remove the negative battery terminal before you start removing the starter.

Really appreciate for quick help. Ofcourse I can remove it but do you think is it something that I can repair at home if starter teeth has problems? Or in such failure do I have to buy new starter?

You would unfortunately have to get a new one. They sell them rebuilt. Much cheaper and just as good. Just make sure it has a warrenty just incase it doesn’t work

Thx, i will try to remove old one and post pictures asap. And gonna update with result.
The issue is they are cheap in USA but many sellers dont ship to Turkey where i live. So I have to buy from high priced sellers most of the time.

                  Hello buddy,
here is the update. Last day it got worse and worse. The starter motor stuck and loaded the car with electric. It started to shock me whenever i touch the car. And the car wasnt starting always. Even some guy on street helped me start the car with screwdriver.
So finally i removed the starter and opened inside. It was messy with oil. I cleaned all the oil and put back. This time it got worse. No crank no start.
Then I wanted to check where is the problem; solenoid or motor?
I removed again and directly connected to battery. This time there was no move.
Guess the first problem is with solenoid. It doesnt even response current.
Now i decided to order one finally but it takes 2 weeks at least to come from USA. So i want to buy second hand here.
Here is my important question. They dont have starter for Automatic transmission here. Do you think if I buy one for manual transmission will it fit into mine?
This information is very important and needed asap so that i can order it.

Unfortunately they are both different. If you have the f22 engine (your cars stock engine) you can use an h22 starter also. (The Prelude engine). Aslong as its a manual one.

The problem solved. The solenoid changed with a made in Brazil ZM603.

Then few days later the solders on the starter motor broken because I was trying hard to start the car unaware that there is no fuel. The mechanic soldered it and it works okay now.
