I found this on accord ex forum… hope this helps.

        1. first i opened my bleeder valve and pumped the clutch to dispose of all the fluid into a container.

        2. Next Crawl under your dash (i layed my seat back and layed on my back lookin up) and follow the linkage that is on your clutch pedal, u should come across a codder pin as shown circled in red. mine was bent around the rod it runs through but i just straightened it up and removed the pin, then slide out the rod ( also circled), which unattaches the master cylinder push rod thing to the clutch pedal.

        3. Now u want to remove your fluid resevoir as it gets in your way, simple enough ill let u figure that out, and look down at the master cylinder attached to the fire wall. Circled in red is the pressure line u have to loosen and remove, and in green is the fluid feed line that runs from the resevoir to the master cylinder. loosen the hose clamps and remove as well.

        4. Lastly, crawl back under your dash (sucks i know) and remove the bolts threaded onto the studs of the master cylinder that run through the firewall, in the picture they are circled in blue, the one on the top left is fairly awkward to get to but doable.

        5. Now pull out the whole assembly from the engine bay, to install it goes the same as disassembly, make sure your hose clamps are good and tight, and make sure to bleed the clutch line and remove all air bubbles when done.

Does the car have manual or power brakes? Automatic or manual trans? The more info you can give us the easier it will be to help.

Wow..GREEN..Well the green ones are different than the red ones….Just kidding. It’s been a long time since i changed one of those but Honda says that you need an ABS activation tool to bleed the system but i have never had the need to use one.

Remove the brake lines and low fluid connector from the old master cylinder. Remove the fasteners from the master and remove it from the car. Be careful you don’t spill brake fluid on the paint or plastic parts.

There is usually instructions in the box with the master that tell you how to bench bleed it as well as fittings and clear tubing. Bench bleeding properly is important.

Remount it on the car and tighten the fasteners. Carefully thread the brake lines into the new master so you don’t crossthread them.

Fill the master with new brake fluid and have a helper pump the brake pedal slowly and fully several times. Push the pedal down and hold it while slightly opening one brake line. Repeat the procedure until no more air escapes. Repeat the procedure with the other lines and make sure all fittings are tight. Make sure that the fluid level in the ABS unit is full if equipped.

While holding the pedal down start the engine. The pedal may push back. This is normal. If you can’t get a satisfactory brake pedal you will need to bleed at the wheels.

The sequence is LR RF RR LF Make sure you keep the fluid levels full at all times.
