Purchased this car two weeks ago and it has started to shake when I accelerate in between 50-70Km/h. Also steering feels a bit sloppy, when I turn right it feels as if the car does not want to (hard feeling to describe). The car also pulls to the right. To steer the car straight I have to move the wheel left a bit. Service records have indicated that tires have been changed and balanced within the last year. I have checked the weights on the tires and they are still there. Tie rod ends look okay although I need double check this.

My question is what could cause this to happen and are all of these problems related?

If the steering wheel is shaking at that speed.
        That indicates tire/wheel problem.Try rotating
the wheels to see if the issue gets better. If
it does have the wheels speed balanced. You may
also need a front end alignment.

The steering wheel does not shake. It more feels like it is coming from under the hood somewhere.

As for the other issue with steering, a mechanic checked it over today and confirmed my suspicions of bad shocks and struts.
