I have a 92 chevy 1500 and I am trying to find out what fluid gois in the 5 speed manual transmission it has the 4.3 engine

I think the links above should cover it from what I read. I don’t know if you could use syncromesh or not in that. If it were me I’d ask my parts person to look it up.
