I’d check for vacuum leaks. Possibly the lower intake manifold gasket, possibly one of the many vacuum lines. Hard to really say.
+1 for 3SheetsDiesel. Keep in mind that you might have a vacuum hose that leaks (more noticeably) once the engine compartment gets hot. As Trcustoms719 indicated, let us know if you have any codes. Keep us posted.

Yea if you still have the code then we will need that to help you further as that is your most important clue to what the problem is.
