91 misfire idles rough weak spark

My 1991 acura legend is now running rough after I had someone hit me in the front left. Wasnt big damage but it barely took some paint off. Now it idles rough, misfires and stalls. Any throttle would make the car stall. I checked fuel pressure and it was in spec, I checked spark but it is weak, it glows yellow/red but not a strong spike of blue. I checked all grounds and did the input testing for the igniter and everything checked out. I tested reisstance of all ignition coils and were in spec. Spark plugs are fouled and sooty and wet with fuel, i think as result of the weak spark. The engine oil smells like fuel, result of cylinders being flooded. What would cause a weak spark on a 2 wire c.o.p. . Thanks in advanced.
