Ok I replaced the Cam sensor today. It was in really rough shape – Unfortunatly the problem persists – Considering the Crank Shaft Position Sensor but I would think that if that sensor cut out the engine would kill pretty much right away but thats not hap

Yeah no cel and I am no master mechanic/ diagnostician – I bought the jeep for 500 bucks just trying to keep her alive without going broke on labor costs at a shop.
You could see if you could ohm out your cam and crank sensors and try to find out if there is a manufacturers spec for them. But again, look at a wiring diagram and check your power and grounds.
So in screwing around on the net I learned how to cycle the key to get what I believe are odbi codes threw the cel flashing. The codes I got are 12 which i am pretty sure is no ignition referrence signal from crank shaft position sensor and 21 which is a
so in looking at another website it said code 12 simply means the battery has been disconected and the ecu has been reset – which would make sense as i had to disconect the battery recently

I have a similar problem with my car. I suspect that the fuel pump is dying. But it’s harder to get a fuel pressure gauge here in Hungary, than I thought it would be. What you can buy at Harbour Freght Tools for $100, costs 300-400$ here. So
