When I first start my ’88 Acura Integra, in the morning, the engine runs way too fast It runs at about an even (not loping) 2000 RPM. This goes on for about 10 minutes. I can’t find out how to adjust the “Fast Idle”, if there is a mechanical adjustment. Maybe it’s one of those CPU only, automatic adjustments.
I see no code in the CPU window for this condition.
I know that ETCG said something about “air in the coolant” Could this fast idle be caused by air bubbles?

Thanks college man, I’ll try it.
The only difference is that this video shows rough idle and fluctuating idle,but mine is steady idle but too fast.Idle air control valve, need to take it off and clean it.
