      Are you getting power to the coil with the key on?_x000D_
      Have you checked all your fuses?

        i did have a problem of the car taking about 6-7 sec to start. and ive changed the spark plugs and wires about 3 months ago.

          no im not getting any power from the coil (i think), i connected the spark plug tester to the coil output and the wire to the distributor, but that did not work also

                  as in touching the metal piece to a ground ( whare you plug the wire in for the distributor)?_x000D_
