            I doubt it’s the reservoir, but a bad radiator cap is a definite possibility (hopefully so). If the cap can’t hold the pressure, the radiator can’t pressurize when it heats. It boils over, but doesn’t oveheat beyond 212 def F because the energy is absorbe

                I already did the block tester, everything was fine, my brother works at a auto part store i had him order me a new reservoir ($20) im just asking in case it does not work. it also sat for about a year and a half. it did not do this when i parked it.&#160

                      If the cap can’t be tightened. Then i can see why your boiling over._x000D_
                      pressure controls temperature. when you install the new reservoir_x000D_
                      be sure to top off the coolant and bleed any air. keep us posted_x000D_

                          The #1 cause of a symptom like that would be air in the cooling system and that’s where I recommend you start.
