69 f 100

so i am now fixing up a 69 f 100, its a 60k mile engine; in the long run i want to hot rod it out, for right now, just driving will be fine; i just redid the whole brake system(power booster, master, front disk, everything, even the steel lines, after this i need to replace the alt and battery, power steering pump, and it should be road worthy, but what kind of maint should i do right off the bat, like engine oil flush, trans flush, radiator flush, new spark plugs, maybe plug wires and even distributor cap, rebuild the carb(any help on that would be great) check the timing. anything i am missing?
