In my GSX when I had air trapped in the system and, dirty fluid to compound it, when the transmission was cold it was almost impossible to put it into gear. I was pushing so hard sometimes that I felt like I was bending the shifter.Your first step should

I was pushing so hard sometimes that I felt like I was benThe master/slave fluid. It’s easy to bleed, replacing parts for no good reason is an expensive bad habit.
Not sure if that has a cable or hydraulic clutch but it does sound like a ‘linkage’ issue as has been stated.
