Hey!!
I have Infiniti QX4 2000 model.
Last night i inserted 12V mobile charger in 12V supply (cigarette lighter place) but it was short from inside and i saw a spark then immediately i removed it from place…….. i have not seen any failure in my car but today i have seen little jerks in my car during drive only which do not look like missing..or patrol issue…or engine oil issue because that jerks only noticeable when car remains in GEAR (sopped somewhere but in GEAR or slow down enough or started with very slow speed). In high speed i do not feel so can’t say anything..
(in my other discussion with professional Mr. Eric, i have told him that i cleaned throttle and MAF by MAF cleaner and i was thinking that jerks are because of that…..but this is not the scene because it only do when car remains in GEAR but that jerks do not happens in Neutral or Parking)
On the other hand i eventually tested my 4 WD by turning knob to 4-wheels setting and other more options in it……..what i have noticed is blinking of indicator (which shows 4 wheels and central lock)…………..back two wheels glow as normal (means no blink) but front two wheels and central lock orange indicator blink together constantly after starting my car. Previously whenever i activate 4wd i clearly listen sound of striking (like Dddhhuubb) some heavy device from below side of my car which shows that car is now ready for 4WD……….but after noticing blinking indication no such sound i can hear now……..

Mechanic told me that machine is ok below….he is saying that either sensor can be the problem or the turning nob control in my car..
Please help … what will be the issue??
