This year we’ve made a separate sign up page for the ‘Meet Up’. It contains all the pertinent information, including the location, as well as a sign up. If you plan to attend this years meet up on July 19, 2014, please sign up on this page.

This year promises to be even better that the previous 2. For one, I have the Fairmont. I’m also working on bringing in a special guest or 2 if I can swing that. Nothing definite on that yet, but I’ll keep you posted. Here in fact.
In the mean time, post any suggestions or requests for the ‘Meet Up’ here. I know it will be a good time no matter what but if you have an idea that might make it even better, please post it here.

can someone briefly explain to me what the “RSVP email “RSVP email” is? is this mandatory or something?

I am looking forward to this. I have been watching Eric’s videos since he started posting them years ago. as long as the weather permits for me to ride my bike back to Mason, OH this year i will be attending this. I just got back from Mason this afternoon from a friends wedding. It’s a long ride from Nashville, TN but will be worth the travel to get to meet “ETCG” in person finally. 🙂
Is anyone planning on getting a hotel? I’m wondering if there’s enough of us, if we could get a group rate at a nearby hotel.

Damn my luck… I keep wanting to attend (minus the first, I could have and didn’t)… but I can’t really back out of the work thing. I said yes to the 19th only to now realize that this was that day.

What’s up guys, I just RSVP’d for the meetup. This will be my first one, so it should be interesting to meet new people from all over the place. And of course it’ll be cool to meet Eric. I’ve been watching for about 2 years now.
I’m making this part of a road trip as well. I’m driving down from Toronto.. Not sure where I’m going to stay yet, but I’ll probably spend the night somewhere near Cincinati.
It’s coming up fast now! My wife and I will be staying at the Comfort Suites, Kings Center, off Kings Mill Rd (which is Exit 25 off I-71) on Friday night, July 18. Just had the thought that if any others staying there, we could meet in breakfast area Friday night around 7:30pm (?) and just say hi. Those that want to sit and chat, we could also do that. Just an idea. (disclaimer: I plan to be there by that time but please forgive me if I don’t make it – stuff happens – but my intention is to be there). If you show up and wonder if the other person there is going to see Eric too, the code word: ETCG (which is really not a word but that’s the best I could think of). See everyone Saturday (and maybe some of you Friday night!!!)! 🙂 !
I wish I could come. I live in Cincinnati, but I get back from a week long camping trip that day and won’t be up to it. Hopefully next year!
I am going to be there..! However, I could use an official sort of invitation as I am going to drive from Canada.. The invitation would really help smooth things over with the boarder types. They like to see that kind of thing. The are not always so cool with, Yeah, I am crossing the boarder to go to a “party” for the weekend.
Anything from Eric would be nice.. Hey and anyone else is coming from Canada, let me know!
