I thought I’d get the jump on this year and make the announcement about this years Meet Up early. This way those of you that are looking to travel to the event have plenty of lead time.
The 2013 ETCG Meet Up will be Saturday July 20, 2013 at the ETCG shop. It will officially start at 12pm EST and go till… well I’m not sure. I hope to have more give aways as well as some other activities to keep us busy while we hang out and talk dirty. Here’s a Google map of the shops location.
I’m open to suggestions on what you’d like to do or see during the meet up. Feel free to post them to this thread. I look forward to seeing you there.

Just confirmed my flight, I’ll be there! After hearing how close it is to Kings Island I’ve decided to bring my teen daughter and go to the amusement park on Sunday. If anyone else is interested in going maybe we could get a group together…just an idea. Looking forward to the meet up and meeting everyone.
we’re definately coming were only about 2 hours away this year compared to the 23 hours last year when we were in colorado which precluded us going
My wife and I would like to come. We are traveling and can’t stay long, but we would like stop by and say hello and meet folks.

I believe you can byob. drink responsible
Tools are on loan but cavity searches are at the discretion of the

When it comes to get togethers like this, i like to throw around a football or my softball equipment and have a little game (weather permiting.) Anyone down with some fball and/or softball?
I got the car back together and planning the drive down to Cincinnati. I am about 2-3 hours away near Columbus, Ohio. I will bring the project down if allowed. It is a 1999 VW Passat (V6-5spd) that needs valve cover gaskets and rear cam seals. Apparently I am told the seals need replaced. Not sure how this will work out. What is still needed for the cookout? What hotel are most staying at that is close by that is reasonable for the area?
