Have a 2012 VW Autobahn turbo TSI im pretty sure its a CCTA. I was driving home and randomly i heard a pretty loud noise and the CEL was blinking i put it in neutral and coasted down the hill home and parked it. Started it up and there is some ticking noise coming from a very distinct area on the front of the motor around cyl 3 i think, but its not on top but more like by the intake tubing. I pulled 3 codes P0302(x2) and P025c ive looked up the p025c and it says fuel pump control low voltage? Any suggestions to look at? It is deffanity louder and loud ticking along side it runs like total crap!!! Would i be safe to drive it about 2 miles to the shop down the road or should i tow it? Could someone elaborate on the p025c code their is really no explanation of what and why it came on. Thanks in advance! Any help is good help!!!

P0302 indicates that cylinder #2 is misfiring–not why, just that it is
P025c indicates a fuel pump control module problem–again, not the exact cause of the low voltage, just what to look atThe CEL flashes to alert you that there is something malfunctioning that presents a danger of ruining the catalytic converter.
In your case that’s the cylinder #2 misfire, at the very leastThere’s really no way for anyone online to absolutely make the determination of how safe it is for you to save on a tow.
If the cylinder isn’t burning any of the gas in cylinder #2, then that gas is mixing with the oil and also going into the exhaust.See if this thread helps on the P025c:

As for the misfire code, it may or may not be related to the fuel pump code, although if you had a fuel delivery issue I would expect a random misfire code and not a single cylinder. .
If you are not in a time crunch on this, you could bounce this off Humble Mechanic…
