2012 Buick Verano AC noise AGAIN

So a little over a month ago I had the ac compressor and cooling system fan replaced under warranty due to a whining / groaning noise that was present with the AC on. When I picked the car up the noise was still present, not as bad at first. I’ve tried convincing myself that this is normal but I cannot. I took a video tonight of the noise(link below). You can hear it when revving it up with the AC on and then when I shut it off and rev it the noise goes away. Also notice when I turn on the ac the second time the other noise that is present it is a groaning/ grinding noise that is in about 1 sec intervals, it goes away after around 5 seconds. You may have to turn up the volume on your computer to hear it but once you do you can’t miss it! The AC blows cold and It hasn’t left me sweating on the 100 degree days we have here. Looking for any second opinions before I take it back to the dealership.
