2010 toyota tundra dropping rpms when accelerating

recently i have noticed while trying to accelerate sometimes it seems to drop rpms around 2500 will drop to under 2 without me letting off the throttle. i have checked for vacume leaks nothing obvious leaking cleaned the throttle body and maf and it seemed fixed for about 2 days now its back. not sure if this is a common issue or not.
