I’ve recently bought a Honda Odyssey. It’s a very nice vehicle but it needs work. I’ve bought new suspension components to replace the worn one on there now. I need to replace the struts so I watched the video Eric made on his 2001 Odyssey and got some insights on how that is done. I’m also going to replace the control arms and antiroll bar links. The reason I’m writing this on the video that showed the way the strut on the drivers side was replaced, It showed at the end him putting on the tire before he finished tightening up the main bolt on the strut. There are two bolts upper and lower. The upper was not tightened down. I’m assuming that the camera was not rolling when he tightened it down. Eric may not have this vehicle anymore. Very nice vehicle and I’m still trying to figure out how to use all the features it has. It’s the touring model. I would appreciate any information as to specific problems to address. So far I have to replace the timing belt which I was told was already replaced. The dealership says that wasn’t done. That is something I’m capable of doing.
