      Hey Eric
      So in have a 2009 grand caravan the when I turn the wheel in either direction I get a thumping feeling in the floor boards. Now this is only periodically and not all the time. What could this be. And is it something I should be overly concerned with banana:

        I would suggest a visual inspection of the steering. Have someone turn the wheel
        while someone watches the steering components and listens for the noise. Once the noise is found
        Identify the component.

          The video link, if that’s what it is, isn’t working for me, but from what you described, my first guess is rack bushings. U joints also worth a look. Does it happen at low speed, when not moving? Dependent on any other conditions you can identify?
