2009 Dodge Journey radio dose not turn on

hello there my sister bought a 2009 dodge journey and the radio will not turn on I have checked the fuses and replaced them but were not bad also tested the radio in another car to see if it was bad but it is not bad it works fine in the other car just wondering if anyone else’s has had this issue or not any input would be great
