my rear brakes will grab occasionally. what i mean by occasionally is that it may do it several times a day for several days, or it may go days, weeks or even months without grabbing. when it is acting up it’s real bad like when i’m in a drive through and i’m letting off the brakes to roll forward then when i apply the brakes it will grab and sometimes lock up. i have to hit the gas and they will pop loose. i assume it’s a caliper problem but i can’t tell if it’s one or both of them. is there anything else that it could be? what would be your recommendations to check or replace?

Def Check all contact points.
Also, I’m having a similar problem after changing a brake booster, but mine is locking up instead of no contact. This is a logical suggestion posted on one of my threads that may help you out. It’s an easy thing to check if you are out of ideas. Shout out to 13aceofspades13 for the reply.

I’d start with a good inspection and service.
