      Hi all

      How are ya?

      Looked at a friends 2008 Suzuki Forenza with flashing check engine light terrible running conditions.

      Has a TBS code P2135

      But it has a U0073 Control module communication bus A off

      also a U0101 Lost communication with TCM transmission control modul;e

      also a U0100 Lost communication with ECM/PCM A

      Wont even let scan tool do much communication either

      Any one seen this can issue at all good place to start tom find the issue?

        Sounds like the ECU may be going out. BUT, before condemning the ECU, check out the APM/TPS. The U0100 and U0101 codes indicate a problem with the CAN bus. Maybe there is a wiring problem grounding it out or causing an intermittent open? The P2135 refers to the throttle pedal position sensor (APM; inside the cabin attached to the pedal) not correlating with the throttle position sensor (TPS; mounted on the throttle body). Note that the TPS is not replaceable as an individual component.

          check all the fuses both inside the cab and the engine area… check with a multi meter each one… might be as simple as a bad fuse that is like on half the the ECU… killing half the the computer… also check the conectors and wires
