I would double check the CV joint in the front drive shaft. When they go it can cause pretty sever vibration.

Stock wheels and tires? Does the vibration start at a steady speed or when accelerating up to speed? Friend had a ’79 Chevy pick-up (2-3 yrs. old at that time this happened) that he lifted & had 35″ tires that would go into violent shakes when he reached a certain speed that he couldn’t get out of until he stopped the truck. It was intermittent. Checked for loose parts, wheel balance… Turned out to be a bad steering damper. But this had a solid front axle with the long drag link steering linkage. Don’t know if this is the same issue as in your Jeep.

No ideas on what parking on an incline would affect. My friends truck was intermittent too. I think maybe would start around 30-35mph. He didn’t want to go too much faster because the truck started to get uncontrollable. a tire out of balance vibration could start like say maybe at 30mph, go away then re-appear at 60mph & the reverse coasting down and will do it every time. Do you feel vibration in the steering wheel as well when it goes into the shakes?

no vibration in steering and again only does it after parking on incline other than that rides smooth as can be weird problem

Do you set the parking brake when parked on a hill? Maybe cables sticking & rear brakes drag and heat up? Other than that, I’m out of ideas.
