Hrmm… Are you running the tank to empty? Sometimes if you let it get too close to empty or on empty it’ll suck up all the crap from the bottom of the tank and clog the fuel filter. That’s where i’d try first.
sounds fuel related. if you do have a fuel filter.
you may need to change it.if not sounds like something
is floating in the tank.You should take a fuel pressure
reading.I failed to mention that the fuel tank was removed and cleaned out and a new fuel pump installed due to low fuel volume. once replaced, everthing came back to spec.also due to a set code that came about last week, I analized and replaced the egr valve. during the testing portion I tried cleaning the valve, but no go, so I replaced it and all is well in the egr system.
I also would like to mention that I bought this van a few months back and it is my wife’s daily driver. there is 122,000 miles on the clock. also as for fuel running low, I know fuel cools the fuel pump, and also keeps it from burning up.The fuel is never below a quarter of a tank before fill up, usually around a half a tank when it is filled.I’m leaning toward maybe and evaporative issue.any comment or advise would be appreciated.
