2007 civic si makes a metal on metal sounding noise for a few seconds on the first (and only the first) start of the day. This is a recent development. I’ve had a different vehicle that made a similar sound and it was the oil pressure timing chain tensioner. Could this be the case here. Using Mobil1 oil and there is plenty.
