      I have 45k on this car, and my question is regarding valve adjustments. Does this engine require routine valve adjustments? I heard eric say in his videos that it doesn’t hurt to get one but it won’t really matter much.

        I’m not an expert on Hondas, but I believe their recommendation is to do valve adjustments when you are getting valve noise. I don’t think it’s a shedule thing, but done when necessary.
