Currently I have 143k miles on this van and recently replaced the inexpensive power steering Pump IN and OUT O-rings. I did NOT have the typical groaning sounds when turning the wheel but did this fix first to see if the hi pitch squealing would stop but did not. The O-rings needed to be changed and went for a drive to purge the air but the noise remains under the drives front when turning right. Not sure if it’s a tie rod or bushing but does not seem to be related to suspension. I will consider this last bit not sure how to pinpoint the culprit. Suggestions.
