I would make sure you have everything plugged in, assuming the body damage is fixed. If all of that seams to be okay, I would go forth and look into a common ground or circuit left undone.

I can tell you, the bodyshop at my dealership has left several washer hoses off giving the the thought the pump is failing. Also make sure bulbs are installed, anything that would be easy to check.

If you have a test light you can check power at the headlamp connectors and the washer pump connector and see if you have anything.

edit: If you haven’t had any repair done after the damage, you should know why things won’t work.

second edit haha: are all of those controlled from the same column switch?

No, they are not controlled from one column switch.

ok, was the collision damage repaired? If it is you can check the things I had said, or take it to where it was repaired and have them double check things. If it was not repaired (i don’t know how bad the damage is) check for broken wires so on so fourth. If you need help finding parts or diagrams let me know. Also would be helpful to know if you have a test light or a multi-meter.

Dont forget to check the fuses too! Something could have gotten pinched or shorted and blown a fuse!

^^ +1 for the fuses. And even the relays are important. When you say low beam isn’t working then starting with the fuses and relays are probably the best place to check first. And as stated above checking the grounding and connection to the plugs would be the next step.

pick one circuit at a time. check Power, wiring, fuses and relays.
here is a link for a wiring diagram.

Check the wiring near where the damage occurred. I often find damaged wiring under body work in situations like this. Body shops get paid to repair the body, not the electrical system.
