I went over to visit my son the other very rainy night, parked and opened the door, interior dome light and map lights go on, as usual. Stay for dinner, leave and open the door and lights are fine… although I may have left the door open in the rain for a minute or so. Arrive home, a 10 minute drive, open the door and no dome light or map lights. All other lights are ok, the radio light, dashboard lights,. ashtray light, glove compartment light and clock are fine as well. No idea… must be a fuse? They do not turn on manually either.

Manual says fuse #25, blue 15amp fuse nside the car under the dash, marked “room” is the fuse for the interior lights. Check the box, no puller or spare 15amp fuse. Finally get around to purchasing a kit of puller + spare fuses. Removed the fuse at position #25, a 15amp blue one, the one supposed to be for the interior lights which disappeared one rainy night The fuse tested good, hmm, so I put in a new one anyway. No effect on the interior lights at all. The dome light and the two map reading lights. Could all of these bulbs have blown at the same time , and without affecting the fuse? Stumped.

A 912 bulb is always larger in size compared to the other 2 most applications a 912 is used as brake light bulbs and turn signal bulbs

Is it almost a inch tall or is the picture zoomed in might be why it looks like 912

That definitely has to be a 912 bulb

192 and 168 bulbs are Healy only half an inch tall so the bulb you got I’m pretty positive is a 912 bulb

You can always take the bulb to like AutoZone and they can match it to an led bulb for you if that helps
