Now this just a guess. Control Arms. The noise seemed to get worst when you drove over the bumps. Try this first, get the car on jack stands and tighten every bolt. See if this helps too.
+1 on the post from college man. Another couple of items that you might want to check as well. Inspect your lower control arm compliance bushings. These are located towards the front of the car. If you look at Eric’s video around 2:56 you will see one of these bushings. They will crack over time and if the crack is large enough you can get a clunking noise. Another area to check is the front and side engine mounts. Both of these mounts are common failure points for a Honda. Keep us posted on what you find.
Compliance bushings are new. Motor mounts are new. I’ve never had a vehicle in my life that had worn out mounts. Part of it to me sounds like maybe all the bearings in the strut mounts are shot and the rubber dust boot is somehow squeaking and rubbing. When I have money I hope to replace the struts and mounts to see if that fixes the sound i’m hearing.
