is the 5th spark plug tip broken/missing…. looks like that tip is missing in the picture
Are you saying you replaced all the spark plugs, coil packs on this vehicle and it still is misfiring? Other causes Low compression, Bad fuel injector, Low fuel pressure, Scewed O2 sensor readings, Vacuum leaks, defective VVT solenoid/phaser just to name a few. these trucks are know for coil and spark plug issues. Heater core hoses hang over the back two holes and are known to leak coolant into spark plug wells. Just some thoughts
Misfires can also be caused by lean fuel. Which can be caused by bad fuel pumps.
Other than that Arm above Mr covered just about everything else.
