my 2005 dodge ram 1500 4.7 liter engine stalls out in cold or winter conditions.. I’ve replaced Throttle Position sensor, cleaned throttle body and Idle air control valve, and it still hasn’t fixed the problem.
In the summer the vehicle rarely stalls but rpm does surge up when coming to a stop..any one who has fixed this problem please me know.. or if anyone can offer some other possible causes to go after…PS. I bought a new PCV valve because there’s excess yellow moisture in the oil cap..i think it may be clogging the PCV in the winter? (pvc located in oil cap canister) the truck has 365,000 km or 226,801 miles on odometer… the truck also feels very slow to take off from a stand still on cold mornings…
i heard throttle bodies could be bad or need computer programming..
